On Saturday September 7th, we had a table at Flea Off Market. The weather warmed up by noon with moments of glorious sunshine, then cooled down again in the afternoon and became downright chilly! The atmosphere stayed great the whole way through though. Seth, John and Nate met a lot of people: new friends and old and sold some bikes as well!
On September 18th our team from Falls City Community BikeWorks took part in our second Smoketown Getdown, a block party “powered by the people” in the Smoketown neighborhood not far from our shop.
The event gave us the opportunity to roll out our newly crafted FCCB mobile station for its maiden voyage. We met a lot of people and enjoyed great music and food!
